Hi.

Many years ago I spent time in Myanmar (Burma) where my tour guide, Myo, introduced me to his family. There were many living in their proud home... extended family, babies, brothers, sisters in law, their kids and mum, in her 80s. Since then, Myanmar has been affected by a military coup, COVID, and now, today a 7.7 earthquake.

Through the coup, Myo has struggled to find work, has had to move his family out of Mandalay, and travels to the city yo find work if he can.

We have sent funds to them recently, as it has been clear that Myo, a very proud DnD honest man, has not been able to support his family. They are beautiful people, have struggled feeding themselves due to these issues, and now, they are scared, on the street, and hungry, with thousands others.

We have successfully sent him funds through Western Union in the last few months...

We would like to reach out to friends, colleagues and the greater community, and ask, even if you can only donate a small amount, these people really need us.

I know these people. This is not a scam from deepest Asia, they are our friends and need big help.

The goal is $10000 which would feed them, fix some of their house, and give them a better quality of life...for a long time.

We would send them small regular portions of money to ensure Myo us not questioned by the military.
