I'm Daniel, writing and sharing on behalf of my coworkers and me.

One of our friends and coworkers, Vlad (who we wish to keep semi-anonymous for safety reasons), is from Ukraine and has been at the epicenter of this horrible war for the past 7-8 months. He is currently in Kyiv and will attempt to leave very soon, hoping to seek asylum in another country.

This matter has become especially urgent, considering the Russian government just announced a partial military mobilization today (9/21/22). We have no clue what is going to happen in the coming days or weeks, which means Vlad needs to get out, and this needs to happen as soon as possible.

We don't have a lot of options or resources at our disposal, so we've come here hoping you can help.

Vlad has been very kind to share his story, struggles, and aspirations for the future. He is a musician and an artist. Sadly, he's resorting to selling all of his music equipment in hopes of paying for his travels. He has also singlehandedly paid for his entire family and several close friends to leave Ukraine. They are all safe in other countries like Canada and Norway, but he's the only one still there.

Vlad is doing everything he can to help others in need. Now, it's our turn to help him.

All funds and donations we receive will go directly to Vlad. They'll be used to sponsor his efforts to leave the country and pay for any asylum visa applications.
