For the past 20 years, my friend and coworker has been an essential part of our small contracting business. He’s always shown up with a positive attitude, never complained, and has been someone we could all count on. We grew up together, and I’ve seen firsthand how much he’s overcome—losing his mom as a child, and more recently, his dad. Now, he lives with his brother, and life hasn’t been easy for him. Despite everything, he’s always put others first and worked hard every single day.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we can’t afford to provide dental insurance, and he’s been struggling with dental issues for some time. He needs to have his teeth removed and replaced so he can finally have a healthy, confident smile. It breaks my heart to see him worry about how customers and people look at his broken smile, especially when he’s given so much to our team and community.
