Our long time friend and Special Olympic athlete Ramiro Prado is battling stage 4 lymphoma cancer.  He is currently going through 6-month residential chemotherapy.  As you can imagine there is a huge financial burden on Ramiro and his wife Marta.  Through all of this Ramiro is unable to work and provide for his family.  Everyone who has ever met Ramiro has always been touched by his kind spirit, hard-working attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to help a friend in need. Now is our chance to help this friend.  Ramiro has overcome the challenge of having a disability and be independent and provide for he and his wife.   We are organizing this GoFundme account to help alleviate some of the financial burdens that Ramiro faces.  The need is urgent and without our help, Ramiro and his wife won't be able to pay their bills and could lose everything.
