Help Our Friend Pyka Get Back on Her Feet

Hi, my name is Reina. I’m one of the guild leaders in SOCK and part of the FAM alliance leadership alongside someone many of us know and love, our dear (and delightfully chaotic) Pyka.

Her real name is Natasha, but to us, she’ll always be Pyka , the passionate, hilarious, and loyal friend who’s been a rock in our community. Right now, though, she’s facing one of the hardest years of her life, and it’s time we show up for her the way she’s always shown up for us.

After being hit with a serious health issue , shingles, Pyka’s life was turned upside down. The illness took a major toll on her physically and emotionally. But that was just the beginning. What followed was a series of unfortunate events, one after another, that left her and her family struggling to recover.

Due to a temporary disability and other unexpected setbacks, Pyka suffered a significant loss of income. Despite her best efforts, she’s now unable to make ends meet and is at risk of eviction. She’s doing everything she can to care for her children and continue her studies, but she’s hit a point where she can’t carry it all on her own.

This is where we come in.

FAM has always been more than just a group of guilds , we’re a community. A network of friends who support each other, both in-game and in real life. And we cannot stand by while one of our strongest alliance leaders, someone who has given so much of her time, heart, and energy to uplift others, is in crisis.

We’re raising funds to help Pyka cover urgent essentials: rent, food, bills, and basic needs. The goal is to help her stabilize, stay in her home, and get the breathing room she needs to focus on healing and rebuilding.

We all want to see her back with us, happy, healthy, and yum yum yumming the bags in WvW, with that trademark Pyka fire we know and love.
