Our good friend and long time bartender at Coyote Grill has just been diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. Mo is a loving mom, wife, and hard working entrepreneur, in addition to helping us at Coyote.  Her journey of healing has just started but the financial struggle has been long.

As everyone already knows, those of us in the restaurant business and especially in Laguna Beach, haven’t been able to open for dine In. Our bar has mostly been closed for patrons for almost a year. Even when it was open, we were only allowed 8 guests. Her husband being a sushi chef has had little no work (I don’t want to name the restaurant). 
Mark and Mo have been working diligently on building their sushi and cocktail business during Covid. 

Mo has always been such a Ray of sunshine. I’ve only seen her mad once (angry customer that threw a phone at us when we caught her dine and dash). She’s always down for a good punk show, a skate, camping or just a good time. Now we have to slow some of that down to get her healthy again.

I’m hoping that we can at least help her out so that she doesn’t have to worry about finances and just focus on taking care of herself and her family.
