We’re reaching out on behalf of our dear friend Jill, who is currently facing one of the biggest challenges of her life. Jill has been diagnosed with metastatic urethral cancer, a rare and aggressive illness that has turned her world upside down.

The treatment she urgently needs is not yet covered by the PBS (Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme) and the out-of-pocket costs are astronomical. While Jill is someone who would never ask for help herself, those of us who know and love her feel strongly that we want to do what we can, just as she would for any of us.

To make things as simple and stress-free as possible for Jill, Carmel is managing all donations on her behalf, ensuring the funds are kept secure and used directly for treatment costs and related expenses. This allows Jill to focus entirely on her health and precious time with family and friends.
