As many of you know, our friend Gigi has been going through an incredibly tough time lately. She’s faced eviction, a sudden move to and from Connecticut, separation, the passing of her father, and many other financial hits. Life has thrown a lot her way, and she’s done her best to keep going despite it all.

Most recently, a dental appointment revealed that her gum issues have progressed to the point where she needs to have major dental surgery, to the tune of 7-10K. More importantly, the dentist stated that these issues are almost entirely genetic and not the fault of poor care. Second and third opinions are being pursued, hopefully at a lower-cost. Regardless, she will need help to address this urgent health issue. Unattended, gum problems can lead to even more serious health complications,
