Help our foster Krueger: Emergency Surgery Needed
Tax deductible
Our handsome foster, Krueger, needs your help!
When Krueger came to us a couple of weeks ago, we noticed he had a limp. At first, we assumed it might just be soreness from his neuter surgery. However, over time, his limp worsened, and he seemed to be in more pain.
We decided to move forward with X-rays, which revealed heartbreaking news: Krueger has a fractured tibia and an acute injury to his ankle. While his ankle should heal on its own, his tibia requires emergency surgery. The surgery is estimated to cost between $5,00-$7,000. While the rescue does have some funds saved for cases like this, it will definitely put a dent and hold us back from being able to help other animals in need.
Krueger has already endured a life no pup should ever experience. Sadly, this injury has stopped his adoption from a previous family who was ready to give him a home. Now, we’re asking for your help to raise the funds needed for his surgery so he can recover and find the forever family he deserves.
If you can’t donate, sharing this message goes a long way! Any money will go directly to the rescue to cover the costs of his vet bills, and anything donated above our goal will help out future animals of our rescue. Thank you so much for supporting Krueger and giving him the chance to heal and thrive.
