Our hearts are broken as we share that Tommy passed away July 2025, after a tough battle with myeloid leukemia. We weren’t ready to say goodbye, and our family is doing our best to give him the peaceful resting place he deserves.

Tommy was someone who lit up every room he walked into. As a child, he always had a huge smile on his face, a joy that was seen in every childhood picture we have. As Tommy grew into his own, he found his community in New York where his love for film and the arts took root, finding beauty in stories, poetry, music, film, and acting – inspiring everyone around him.

Burials and funerals are expensive, and we weren’t prepared for all of these costs. Tommy loved Central Park, he especially loved the gardens. We would like to honor him in passing with a resting place that would have made him feel the same joy he had in life, laying on the grass looking up at the trees around him, enjoying the breeze, and smiling that big smile he had as a child.

We’re reaching out to ask for help covering Tommy’s final resting place, costs are below:

• Burial: $5,000

• Opening & closing cost: $1,000

• Engraving: $550

• Anything extra will go toward flowers and the other expenses we’ve already covered.
