Hi, my name is Emanuel. My grandma and I are asking for help because our family is facing several financial hardships at once. Between being unable to work, struggling with basic expenses, and having to move, we need support finding stability again.

Our family has not been able to keep up with rent and electricity, and I’ve been staying with my grandparents for over a month. We have now started moving our belongings out of our house, without another home lined up. I’m grateful that my grandparents have given me somewhere to stay, but they are facing financial difficulties of their own.

My grandpa had a total knee replacement and is currently unable to work. Two of his adult children also have disabilities and have been struggling to make ends meet. With several family members needing help at the same time, it has become increasingly difficult for our family to support one another financially.

Neither of my parents is currently working. My dad needs assistance covering moving costs and securing a new rental home. He also has $30,000 in debt related to a past car accident and the towing of his vehicle. He did not have car insurance at the time. Alongside that debt, he needs to resolve his driver’s license situation and get dependable transportation.

I work as a Roblox programmer and have been trying to keep up with my work through everything happening at home. I want to help my family, but these expenses are far beyond what I can cover on my own.

Helping pack and move our belongings has been exhausting. It’s hard not knowing where everyone will go or when we’ll have a stable home again. My grandma and I decided to reach out because we need help getting through this and taking the next steps forward.

Our overall fundraising goal is $45,000. This includes the $30,000 debt and a provisional budget of $15,000, before fundraising fees, to help with moving, housing, transportation, and essential family expenses.
