Help our family throughout this loss

I’m very sad to say that unfortunately my sister’s grandma had just passed. She was an amazing , loving and caring person and was a great grandma and mother. She had fallen and unfortunately things evolved to get worst , but we can just pray and know that she is with the lord right now.
