Not long ago, we were excited to announce our expecting twins girls. We got some unexpected news that one of our twins is deformed and is requiring extra monitoring. They are really concerned about her future development, and survivability outside the womb.

They are also concerned with my health due to the placement of the umbilical cord of one of the babies across my cervix. They are planning on hospitalizing me by 30 weeks in Nashville, which is in late January, then delivering by 34 weeks.

By delivering at 34 weeks or potentially sooner, we are expecting an extended stay for the twins in nicu, after the initial month long stay.

With that being said, we know this journey is going to be emotionally and financially taxing on our family. We are hoping to raise some funds to help us during this time with future expected expenses.
