Our family is facing one of the hardest moments of our lives.

My dad has recently been detained by ICE and is facing deportation to Laos after spending most of his life here in the United States. This has turned our family's world upside down. He has been the main source of support for our family, and now my mom is left trying to navigate this heartbreaking situation while caring for my younger brother and keeping our household together.
