We are moving across the country to start over in Ohio. We cannot afford to live in Arizona anymore and I have a new job to start on May 4, 2026 in Ohio. I have lots of family that live out there and we want to be there to know them and start building our family as well. My kids will get to know aunts and uncles, cousins, and other family that they do not currently know. We will be moving into an area where we can be more connected than ever before.

I was laid off from work after telling my employer of my intention to move to Ohio later this year. It was a hit we did not expect and are not sure how to recover. We have been surviving on severance pay and tax returns but we cannot afford moving expenses or our first months rent at our new house in Ohio. Financial obligations we have already signed up for are now in question and we are not certain how to cover moving expenses.

Isabelle and I are both confident this is what is right for our family and that we are doing this faithfully out of obedience to the Lord. We believe we are being called to Ohio and that is where we will go.
