We are humbly asking for help during an unexpected and overwhelming situation. An underground hot water pipe in our home suddenly broke, causing major damage to the walls and flooring throughout the house. We were fortunate to be able to cover the cost of the plumbing repair, but the damage left behind is extensive. Because of recent illness, my husband has been unable to work, and we are now facing a large deductible before we can even begin restoring our home. On top of that, we cannot safely live in our house during the repairs, which may take up to three months. This has added even more financial strain during an already difficult season for our family.
