For her funeral On Friday, our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy when a house fire broke out in Hagerstown, Maryland. The fire, which started just before 1 a.m. due to an electrical failure, claimed the life of Monnae Williams-Lee. Her 17-year-old son is still in the hospital in critical condition, while her 15-year-old son was able to escape thanks to a working smoke alarm and the quick response of the Hagerstown Fire Department.

This loss has left our family heartbroken and facing a long road to recovery. We are now trying to pick up the pieces and support each other through this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will help us recover from the fire, cover immediate needs, and begin to rebuild our lives after this tragedy.
