My family has always found purpose and connection through our hometown restaurant, Flashbacks, serving our neighbors and building memories together. Flashbacks has been a staple of this community for a long time. It is filled with the history and memories of Tonganoxie, and has brought people together for celebrations, comfort, and friendship over the years.

Recently, a devastating fire swept through Flashbacks, completely taking out our means of income for multiple family members. Overnight, we lost not just our workplace, but the heart of our daily lives and the foundation that supported us all. The loss has left us facing a lot of uncertainty, and we’re doing our best to stay strong for each other as we wait for insurance to come through.

We are so grateful for how this community has always rallied around us, and we’re deeply thankful for any support you can offer. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us as we work to get back on our feet.
