On the 26th of February 2026, our home in Fairfield East was severely impacted by the recent floods.

The floodwaters entered our house rapidly, causing extensive damage. Our home is currently unlivable due to structural and sanitation concerns. We have been advised that we cannot return until the property is professionally cleaned, assessed, and deemed safe.

The damage has been overwhelming.

• All major household appliances have been destroyed

• Furniture and personal belongings have been damaged beyond repair

• Our car has also been affected and is no longer operational

We are now displaced and urgently need assistance with:

• Temporary accommodation

• Replacing essential household items and appliances

• Transport needs

• Basic necessities while we recover

This has been an incredibly stressful and unexpected situation for our family. Any support — whether through donations or simply sharing this page — would mean more than we can express.

We are deeply grateful for any help during this difficult time as we work towards rebuilding and returning home safely.

Thank you for standing with us.
