On Saturday night, my family and I attended an Alex Warren concert in Seattle. After the concert, we walked back to the parking garage, only to discover that our car was gone. We immediately tried calling the property owners and the tow truck company, but had no luck. We ended up sitting on the sidewalk for three hours, waiting for the police, and eventually had to get a hotel for the night. The police finally arrived eight hours later to take our statement.

We filed a claim with our insurance, but unfortunately, they will only cover the loss of the car itself—not the personal belongings that were inside. Among the items lost were my son's baseball bag filled with his climber gear and my daughter's personal belongings she had just received for her birthday. The loss has been especially hard on our children, as these items meant so much to them.

The funds raised through this campaign will help us replace all of our children's belongings that were lost with the car.
