My name is Abegail Koester. I am raising money for my family in Brgy. Tarnate, San Vicente, Northern Samar. I was not with them when Typhoon Opong hit. I watched from far away as the storm destroyed their home and everything they own. Now, I am doing the only thing I can from here: asking for your help to rebuild their house and get them back on their feet.

It is a terrible feeling to be far away when your family is in danger. I felt so helpless. Now, I see pictures of their destroyed home, and my heart breaks. They have lost their safe place, their belongings, and their peace of mind.

My family is everything to me. They are strong, but no one should have to go through this alone. I want to give them hope and show them that people care. Helping them rebuild their home is the most important thing I can do for them right now.
