Help Our Family Rebuild After Our Home Was Destroyed in Ukraine

I am a mother of three writing after our family home in Ukraine was completely destroyed during a missile attack.

This apartment was the home where I grew up, and later became the home where my own children were raised. When the war began, I made the difficult decision to leave everything behind and take my children to a safe place. Today, I live in the United States with my two sons, Oleksii, and my five-year-old, Anton.

On November 19, 2025, a Russian missile hit a civilian residential building in Ternopil, Ukraine, where our family home was located. At the time of the strike, the apartment was empty—my daughter had left just a week earlier. By God’s grace, she was not harmed.

Although no one was inside the apartment, our family lost everything—our home, our belongings, and the place filled with memories of our life before the war.

The goal of this fundraiser is to help our family rebuild what was lost and to one day have a place we can once again call home—a place we can return to after victory.

Ця квартира була домом, у якому я виросла, а згодом стала домом, у якому росли мої власні діти. Коли почалася війна, я прийняла одне з найважчих рішень у своєму житті — залишити все і вивезти дітей у безпечне місце. Сьогодні я живу у Сполучених Штатах разом із двома синами, Олексієм та п’ятирічним Антоном.

19 листопада 2025 року російська ракета влучила у цивільний житловий будинок у Тернополі. На момент удару квартира була порожньою — моя донька виїхала звідти лише за тиждень до цього. Милістю Божою вона не постраждала.

Хоча в квартирі нікого не було, наша сім’я втратила все — дім, майно та місце, наповнене спогадами про наше життя до війни.

Мета цього збору — допомогти нашій сім’ї відновити втрачене і знову мати місце, яке ми зможемо назвати домом — місце, куди ми зможемо повернутися після перемоги.
