On December 12, around 2:00 a.m., my home caught fire. By God’s grace, my children, my grandson, and I all made it out alive. My son bravely went back inside to make sure everyone was safe and sustained minor first-degree burns in the process. Thanks to his quick actions, lives were protected, and we are all grateful to be alive. This was a Class 4 fire, causing severe damage and destroying most of our belongings. We now face the challenge of rebuilding our lives from scratch and replacing essential items like clothing, furniture, and household necessities.
