Friends, Family, and Strangers with kind hearts,
Our family is facing an unimaginable tragedy. During the relentless Altadena fires, our beloved family home was unfortunately completely destroyed. Our hearts are heavy as we think about everything we had worked so hard to build over the years. Although we are physically safe, it is emotionally devastating to see our memories and irreplaceable possessions become reduced to ashes.
We are reaching out to you during this difficult time, asking for your support as we navigate this new reality. We need help covering immediate needs and starting the long process of rebuilding our lives and community.
Any amount, big or small, will make a significant difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing our story with others would mean the world to us. We are so grateful for any help you can provide—whether it’s financial support, kind words, or keeping us in your thoughts and prayers.
We want to extend our love to everyone in our community who has been affected by these devastating fires.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a source of hope and strength during this incredibly challenging time.
With love and gratitude,
Sheila, Nelvyn, Joe, and Jesiah
