I’m writing with a heavy heart to share the incredibly challenging medical journey my wife, Jennifer, has been going through. As her husband, it’s been painful to watch her struggle with so many health issues, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help during this difficult time.

It all began on October 3rd, 2024 with an episode of pancreatitis, which quickly led to the development of a pseudocyst between her pancreas and her stomach. As a result, she lost the ability to eat normally, and doctors had to place a J-tube in her small intestine to provide nutrition. To help manage her fluid needs, they also inserted a port into her chest and neck.

She was released for a very short time approximately 12 days in total before things proceeded to get worse. In addition to her chronic pancreatitis, she developed acute pancreatitis. Her liver and spleen both became enlarged, and we were devastated to learn she has partial liver failure and may also need her spleen and gallbladder removed.

As if that wasn’t enough, her body became overwhelmed and she contracted COVID-19, Influenza B, and shingles—each illness compounding the others and further straining her health.

Amid all of this, Jennifer is still the heart of our family. She’s a dedicated mother to our four young children and helps care for her disabled parents, who also rely on her. The emotional and physical toll this has taken on her has been immense, and the constant physical pain and stress is difficult to bear.

The financial burden is growing with mounting medical bills, treatments, medications, and ongoing care. We have created this GoFundMe page in the hope of easing some of that pressure, allowing us to focus on her recovery and ensuring our family has the support we need to navigate this tough journey.
