My fiancée and I have been through a lot recently. We've been in and out of court because of someone being racist toward us. As an African American disabled United States Marine with 10 years of active duty service, I never expected to face such challenges at home. My fiancée, who is pregnant, and I both lost our jobs because of this case, and now we're living off my disability, which just isn't enough to cover everything. Our 19-year-old son lives with us, and together we're a strong family team, but right now, we're struggling to keep up.

We're behind on all of our bills, including rent, electric, and gas. Most of the funds raised will go toward catching up on these bills and making sure we have a safe place to live. I also want to give my fiancée the proposal she deserves and maybe a small wedding to celebrate our love, but right now, that's out of reach. The funds will also help us with gas money to get our son to college and my fiancée to her appointments. We move in love, but often face hate and racism, and any help is so appreciated.
