My husband, Jose, has been blessed with a new job in Dallas, TX! He has helped countless students earn millions of scholarship dollars for college in the state of Arkansas and now will be able to do the same in a new state. For the past eight years, he has been the sole breadwinner for our family as I have been unable to work for long periods due to my health. God has blessed us to live on Jose’s sole income, allowing me to support our children and his musical endeavors. Feeding a family of four on a teacher’s salary while running a successful band program has been difficult at times, but possible through God. We have always tried to give back to our community. Now, for the first time, we find ourselves needing help from the people around us.

Moving is a big undertaking, and we’re facing a number of expenses. We are in the process of preparing to sell our home and making repairs while also closing out the busy school year and packing. The funds raised will help us afford interstate movers, make small repairs, pay for storage here in Arkansas, and cover the cost of other moving, down payment, grocery and startup costs associated with our move. Once we arrive in Texas, your support will help us settle into our new home by assisting us with necessities for our new home, groceries and utilities. Every contribution will make a real difference as we start this new chapter. This move to Texas was a blessing and will help our family be a bigger blessing to the new batch of children and families we plan to impact. We just need help getting there.
