Our family is asking for any help or support you can provide. My son William is in stage four renal disease and because of that, in need of a kidney transplant. Our amazing daughter Jacqui has decided to provide the amazing gift of her kidney. Unfortunately, she was not a match, but they have signed up for a kidney swap and have found a match! Jacqui will be providing a kidney to another family, while they provide a kidney to William. On August 3rd, they will undergo surgery. This will take Jacqui out of work for 6-8 weeks. As Jacqui is self-employed, this recovery will not only be physically burdensome, but financially as well. At this time, William will be out of work for recovery as well. Please help them focus on recovery with your support.
