Help! Our family leave before we are forced out or worse

Hello my name is Paige Gonzalez. Me and my husband have been together since 2009, in 2010 we had twin boys, we were married in 2012 and we started the process with an attorney we paid for to change my husbands status. In 2015 we had our 3rd son. My husband has work in the USA paying taxes trying to “do it the right way” fixing his status. He has worked every day most years to provide. I am a paralegal with 3 degrees and about 10 years experience. The minimum wage in South Carolina is $7.25. I have not been able to find ANY job not just paralegal for anything paying above $15 and no one will hire my husband recently with the state of everything. We are on the verge of loosing everything we have worked so hard for which is not much at all. The process to become legal is way longer and harder than anyone knows. The laws have not changed in so long that the ENTIRE PROCESS is done via paper, no electronic processing at all. We have already had our waiver approved and we are only waiting on his interview in Juarez MX but the attorney says that may take years or never at all with the new administration. I need help to get us out of this country. We are scared. Near homeless and no future prospects for a better future anytime in the near future. If I could make the money and move myself I would! Even if its a dollar please help me protect my family the best way I know how to. By leaving a country that does not want us here!
