Four years ago, our family started with a simple goal: serve great BBQ and bring people together through food. What began as a small weekend BBQ operation has grown into something we never expected. For the past four years, we have proudly served authentic BBQ to customers throughout Winston Salem, NC, and the surrounding communities. The support has been incredible, but we've reached a point where our growth is limited—not by demand, but by our equipment and current setup.

Our goal is to purchase and build a fully self-contained food trailer that can operate as a mobile kitchen. This will allow us to prepare, cook, and serve food from one unit while meeting health and safety requirements without relying on a separate commissary kitchen. With this upgrade, we can continue to serve our community, expand our reach, and ensure every meal meets the highest standards.

Our business is truly family-run. It's me, my wife, and our daughters working side by side. Our customers have become more like family than customers.
