Hi, my name is Noah, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my small family—myself, my wife Keiana, and our son Khailo.

This is not something we ever thought we would do. We’ve always tried to handle things on our own, but right now, we’re in a situation where we genuinely need help to move forward.

Over the past few months, we’ve been hit with a series of setbacks that completely shifted our lives.

Our car—our only form of transportation—broke down while we were in Tahoe. We weren’t able to afford the repairs or fees in time, and it was eventually towed by the city. Losing our vehicle has made everything harder, from getting to work opportunities to simply handling everyday responsibilities for our family.

Around that same time, we were renting a place, doing our best to stay on track. Unfortunately, the person we were paying rent to never passed the money along to the landlord. When everything came to light, the landlord chose to believe them over us, and we were forced out with nowhere to go.

That situation left us having to relocate quickly, and we ended up moving to a motel in Carson City just to keep a roof over our heads.

Since then, we’ve been doing everything we can to rebuild. With the help of the local community, we were recently able to get into a low-income housing apartment, which we are incredibly grateful for. It gave us a small sense of stability again.

But without a vehicle, it feels like we’re stuck.

We are currently 6 months sober, and that’s something we’re extremely proud of. We’re committed to continuing down a better path—not just for ourselves, but for our son. Every decision we’re making right now is about creating a stable, healthy life for him.

Having a reliable, running vehicle would change everything for us. It would allow us to:

* Get to and maintain steady work

* Take care of daily responsibilities

* Access resources and support more easily

* Reduce the constant stress and pressure we’re under

More than anything, it would give us a real chance to get ahead instead of just trying to survive day-to-day.

We’re not looking for anything extravagant—just a dependable vehicle that can help us rebuild and keep moving forward.
