Another update: 5/17/26: I lost my job and am on the hunt. We also need new brakes all around on the car so we can keep doordashing!!! 

UPDATE: we have finally paid off our April rent, part of mays rent! The tougher part comes on may 20th!!! We need to pay the rest of our rent, electric and phone bill! Plus the car still needs some work to be sure it’s completely safe for us to DoorDash. My boyfriend is currently laid off for the next 6 weeks and waiting for his unemployment to be approved. Things aren’t so great but we are hanging in there. 

Our family is going through a very rough time. Our rent is due as soon as possible, our car needs repairs, and our daughter is pregnant. We need to get caught up. My boyfriend hasn’t had work in about a month due to circumstances beyond his control. I’m in need of rent money, dog food for my dogs and a few items my daughter needs for her pregnancy.

The funds raised will go directly toward paying our rent, fixing our car so we can get to work and appointments, buying essentials for my daughter as she prepares for her baby, and making sure our dogs have food. Every dollar will help us get back on our feet and provide for our family during this difficult time.
