R.I.P. Dennis Acosta

This account is being run by the 5 daughters and eldest son of Dennis Acosta. (Dennis Jr., Denise, Jackie, Rachel, Samantha & Veda) Our father Dennis has been in an out of multiple hospitals and rehabs for the past 7 months due to a massive stroke he endured at home and shortly after, another massive stroke he had in the hospital as well leaving him unable to talk, walk, bathe, eat or even breathe on his own. It is with heavy hearts that after a long yet unsuccessful fight in hospitals, our dad was moved to a hospice care facility due to his lack of progression. It was a waiting game as we awaited the call that no child wants to hear about their parent! All we can asked was for our father be rid of the pain he had endured in the last few months during his hospitalization. Unfortunately he passed and was unable to be resuscitated. No donations is too small to help us towards his medical bills/future funeral costs and is highly appreciated. A share of our account is also very much appreciated to spread the word of our father’s unfortunate situation. Thank you in advance for taking time to read this!
