We’re reaching out during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

Shelby and I, co-parent and co-live together to raise our three amazing kids — Thomas (11), Ella (8), and Dean (6). Unfortunately, we’ve recently been wrongfully displaced from our home, and we’re now facing serious housing instability.

Earlier this month, we were terminated from our mobile home lease under unjust circumstances. The reasons? A pet tortoise in the yard, an RX7 in the driveway, and a few bikes and surfboards left outside. Despite these being minor and common things in family life, they became the grounds for our eviction — but only after we began standing up to the management.

We’ve spent the last five months fighting this in court, doing everything we could to protect our home and our children’s stability. Unfortunately, we lost the trial — and on September 18, we were given a 5-day notice to vacate. Every dime we had was poured into legal fees, leaving us with nothing to fall back on.

We are now in urgent need of help to secure temporary housing. Our goal is to raise $6,000 to cover the cost of an Airbnb for one month, plus basic necessities to keep our family afloat while we figure out next steps.

We’re not giving up. We’re still fighting this injustice and we continue to pray that we’ll find a way back home. This situation has turned our lives upside down, but your support — in any amount — means the world to us.
