Hello my name is lori. I am the mother to kristy. On Saturday June 28th in the evening hours my daughter called to let me know she was involved in a fire at her house. Thank God she will survive but she will have a long road ahead of her. Her husband elmer will be the only one working until she is able to work again. The burn unit in iowacity said she has 2nd and 3rd degree burns on her face and arms but can't tell much more until the swelling goes down if she will require skin graph or surgery. She has a appointment with the eye doctor to make sure she didn't damage her eyesight.Her husband will be working but also taking care of my daughter as well.
