Our family dog, Thor, has been with us for 9 incredible years, and now he’s facing a serious health challenge. Thor’s mouth has become infected, and as he’s grown older, he’s lost some teeth. He needs dental treatment, antibiotics, and possibly a vet stay to help him live comfortably, vet treatment is quite expensive. If treatment isn’t possible, any donations will help us ensure he can be euthanized peacefully, without pain. We’re hoping to raise $2,000, which will go directly toward Thor’s medical care or, if necessary, a dignified farewell.

Our family got Thor back in 2017 when he was just 4 weeks old, bottlefeeding him and watching him grow into the loyal, loving companion he is today. He’s been there for our family through everything protecting us from danger, comforting my mum during her darkest days, and sharing endless love and joy with all of us.

To my mum, Thor is more than a pet he’s her soul dog, her calm in the storm, and her shoulder to cry on. He’s lived a full, happy life, giving everything he has to us, and now it’s our turn to give back.

All Thor wants is to eat his favorite treats and sleep without pain and have a few more good years with his mum if he can.
