We are in a dire situation and urgently need support!

So, my name is Jolene. I haven't told many people because I was trying to do all of this on my own, but I just can't anymore. I'm putting my pride aside and reaching out for help. I can't work due to my lupus and bad shoulders/neck. My husband is not around at right now so I am left to deal with the aftermath. My kids are 9 and 18 I also take care of my elderly, wheelchair bound mother. I'm now behind on all the bills, and now I have to find a new place to live. My landlord is going to start the eviction process by 4/25/25 by 5 pm if i dont come up with the rest of this months rent and in a week its due again. I'm about to lose my car as well because I cant keep up on the payments right now. I've reached out to some resources but they can only help so much. I'm looking for a remote job since im my mom's caregiver and I also have to take my kids back and forth to school. My disability checks won't cover a move, bills, food and everyday necessities. I'm trying my hardest right now to hold it all together for me and my family. I've never been in this situation before, i just need to get back on my feet. I greatly appreciate any assistance whether it be donating, prayers, sharing this link or any assistance referrals.
