Help our family after a car crash

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. On Wednesday, September 6th, around 9:45PM my sister was driving home with my brother, and they headed onto the freeway and it started to rain. Another driver suddenly merged two lanes over at once, straight into their lane, completely out of nowhere and headed right at them. My sister reacted as quick as she could, but lost control of the car, and ended up veering in the wrong direction, ending up colliding with a semi truck, and utterly crushing the passenger side of the car beneath it.

Miraculously, the two are largely unharmed, aside from needing a few stitches. However, after my sister arrived at the hospital and was scanned for injuries, they discovered she had a benign tumor in her brain, unrelated to the crash. As of right now, 9/9, we're still waiting for news from a neurosurgeon, but for the time being, she can't work, as she's laid up in the hospital.

Due to the car being totaled, and the two being unable to work for now, and any potential fees that may come up as a result of this, we could really use a little help. Any amount is a huge help, and sharing this is also greatly appreciated.

[Update 9/10] My sister is home from the hospital. She does have brain cancer, and the tumor isn't life threatening but will have to be removed soon, likely in a couple weeks. Thank you all for your donations, it's been an incredible help and hugely appreciated to read your words of support!
