Please Help My Dog Recover After a Terrifying Night

On the night of November 22, my loyal and loving dog, Hound was shot in the hindquarters during a horrifying incident when someone randomly opened fire on our home. We were asleep in bed when it happened, and while I’m grateful the injuries weren’t worse, it’s been a traumatic experience for both of us.

The bullet that struck her miraculously went straight through without causing major damage, but she’s in significant pain and struggling to get around. Her vet bills have already reached $1,900, with additional costs expected for follow-up visits.

I’m hoping to raise $4,000 to cover her medical expenses and help her recover. Any extra funds will go toward fixing the damage to our home, including repairing bullet holes and broken glass, and maybe a few toys and treats to cheer her up as she heals.

She’s a friendly, gentle soul who has brought joy to everyone she meets, especially during her visits to the Meridian Dog Park. Now she needs a little extra love and support from all of us.
