Dear customers and friends of Mademoiselle Colette,
With the need for everyone to honor the stay-at-home protective order, and to prevent the virus from continuing to spread, we had to dramatically reduce our production capacity while we continue to serve our community with pick-up and delivery options.
As a result, as we are trying to keep Mademoiselle Colette afloat, we had no choice but to let go 70% of our employees, at least for the time being. We are heartbroken, as we know it will be very challenging for them to find a source of income in this industry at the moment.
We are all struggling in some way from this situation, but if you can, we hope you can donate to our departing employees, to help them and their families financially cope with this difficult situation.
Our goal is to collect funds to help them cover their family expenses ranging from healthcare, rent, missing wages, food and utilities, to name a few. Through your assistance with this campaign, they have a chance of weathering this storm and bouncing back stronger when life is back to normal.
