Hi there, I am raising money for my dear friend Sara Hernandez, known as Sarita. Sarita is a caring, helpful, kind, hard working mother of two and grandma of two beautiful girls. About 2 months ago, Sara was diagnsed thyroid cancer and she needs to be treated asap. Since Sara lives 5 hours away from Panama's capital, she has to deal with long and exhausting journeys every time she has a doctors' appointment. Also, meds and medical treatments are not covered by her social security and even though she has worked very very hard all her life, the costs of her treatment are hardly affordable for her and her family.

Please help Sara, so she can be treated and see her grandchildren growing up. We need her, she is a irreplaceable and truly loved member of the family and a great and well respected friend.
