Help our dad with a disability with mobility

Me and my sibling Sunny are raising the money to help our dad. My brother/sibling has known Pa (our dad) their whole life but I just met my him back in January after being separated at birth. He is in a bad living condition and doesn't have a lot of necessities to live comfortably as elderly person with a disability. He uses his stove to heat his house which is incredibly dangerous. He also has a car that is broken down and was his only way of getting around to his job. He is currently not working because of it so we have had to help here and their financially.
We are planning on using the money for the following things:
- Update and restoring his bathroom as it is leaking and has mold
- Update his kitchen with new appliances, new stove, fridge, microwave, shelving, etc
- Fix the floor in the kitchen and living room
- Replace the door in the front room
- Buy him a new wardrobe
- Buy him a new car so he can drive around town accessibly and comfortably
Our Dad has worked tirelessly with multiple disabilities and health conditions. He has helped us in many ways and accepted us past our labels in the community. He is over 60 years old and still trying to find work in order to stay in his current house. We recently reunited our family and its owed to him that we help him out by creating a house that is accessible, livable and a place where he can thrive for years to come.
