My brother and I are creating this fundraiser for our dad after a serious accident changed everything in an instant. He suffered multiple fractures and extensive damage to his right arm, has already undergone surgery, and is currently in the ICU. We are incredibly grateful that he is alive and stable, but the road ahead is expected to be long and difficult. This was only one of the many surgeries he will have to face. If you know our dad, then you know how hardworking, loving, caring, and selfless he is. He has always put our family first and has never hesitated to help others when they needed him. Seeing him go through this has been heartbreaking, and now we want to be there for him the same way he has always been there for us.

As our dad begins recovery, he will be unable to work for some time, and the financial pressure will continue well beyond these first days in the hospital.
