Help Us Support Our Dad After Two Life-Altering Strokes

Hi, my name is Ciara, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my loving father and our family.

In May of 2024, our lives changed when my dad suffered his first stroke. It was a scary experience, but after having a heart stent placed and starting medication, he made a strong recovery. We were hopeful. He was regaining strength, in good spirits, and slowly returning to his usual self.

But recently, he suffered a second stroke — and this one was far more severe.

This time, the damage has been much harder to recover from. Right now, my dad is unable to walk, struggles with memory loss, and is showing early signs of dementia. Watching someone you love go through such a difficult transition is heartbreaking. Our family is doing everything we can to support him — emotionally, physically, and financially.

We’re raising funds to help with the growing costs of his care, including:
• Ongoing medical bills and hospital visits
• Equipment needed to safely care for him at home
• Physical therapy and mobility aids
• Transitioning him into a safe, supportive assisted living facility

Every dollar raised will go directly toward ensuring my dad gets the care, dignity, and comfort he deserves during this incredibly tough time.

If you’re unable to donate, we completely understand — your prayers, well wishes, or even sharing this link with others would mean the world to us.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for being a part of our journey.
