Help Our Dad Get the Liver Transplant He Needs

Our dad has been diagnosed with late-stage cirrhosis and is in need of a liver transplant. For the past two years, his illness has prevented him from working, but it has never stopped him from being there for our family.

Even throughout everything he has been facing, our dad continues to bring happiness into our home. One of the ways he shows his love is through cooking. He loves to cook for his family and the people around him, and even on difficult days, he hasn't allowed his illness to take that joy away from him.

Over the past two years, our family has faced multiple obstacles while trying to get him the best treatment possible. His doctors have recommended a liver transplant, but unfortunately, the financial and insurance requirements involved in transplant care have created a major barrier in moving forward with the transplant process.

We want to give our dad the best opportunity possible to receive the treatment he needs.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help our family with the financial costs surrounding his care, including health insurance, medical treatment, appointments, medications, transportation, transplant-related expenses, and the recovery period that will follow.

Our family is incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us during this difficult time. Many of our friends and loved ones have encouraged us to create this GoFundMe, and we are finally taking that step.

Ayúdanos a que nuestro papá pueda recibir el trasplante de hígado que necesita

Nuestro papá ha sido diagnosticado con cirrosis en etapa avanzada y necesita un trasplante de hígado. Durante los últimos dos años, su enfermedad le ha impedido trabajar, pero nunca le ha impedido estar presente para nuestra familia.

A pesar de todo lo que ha enfrentado, nuestro papá continúa llenando nuestro hogar de alegría. Una de las maneras en las que demuestra su amor es a través de la cocina.
