The hospital has recommended spinal cord injury rehabilitation for Doncho, but unfortunately, his application was denied due to his visitor visa status. He is uninsured and lacks access to the Canadian Health Care system. He faces significant challenges in accessing the rehabilitation center crucial for his recovery.
