Help Us Protect The Greens at Wyoming
For over 23 years, The Greens at Wyoming — a 236-home community — has remained under developer control.
There have been no elected board members.
No regular HOA meetings.
Limited transparency with finances.
At the same time, our neighborhood has experienced significant neglect of common areas, including ongoing pond, drainage, and infrastructure concerns that directly impact the safety, stability, and value of our homes.
Homeowners are now fighting for a lawful, transparent transition to homeowner control — as required under Delaware law — and to ensure accountability before any transition occurs.
Why does this matter?
Because without transparency, homeowners could inherit unknown financial liabilities.
Because neglected infrastructure affects property values and safety.
Because our families deserve a well-maintained, secure neighborhood.
Our community is made up of veterans, active-duty service members, disabled veterans, first responders, essential workers, senior citizens, retirees, and young families. Many moved here seeking stability and peace of mind. They deserve responsible governance in the place they call home.
This is not about politics.
This is about fairness, accountability, and protecting 236 households.
Legal action is expensive. Filing fees, court costs, and required documentation costs add up quickly. Sustaining this fight requires resources.
Your support will help us:
- Cover legal fees and court costs
- Secure a lawful and transparent transition
- Ensure accountability for HOA funds
- Protect homeowners from hidden liabilities
- Advocate for proper maintenance of ponds, drainage, and infrastructure
- Push for long-overdue safety improvements like speed control measures
- Work toward community enhancements such as safe playground areas for children
- Improve neighborhood cleanliness with dog waste stations and maintained common areas
This effort is about creating a safer, stronger community — not just for our families and children, but for the veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, seniors, and hardworking residents who call this neighborhood home.
We are not asking for special treatment.
We are asking for enforcement of the law and a safe, stable environment for everyone in our community.
Legal Disclosure
This fundraising effort is organized by concerned homeowners of The Greens at Wyoming. We are not the official Homeowners Association and do not represent ourselves as the governing body of the HOA. We are homeowners with a vested interest in the lawful and transparent future of our community.
Many of us — including those who have served our country and continue to serve in our communities — are simply seeking fair transparency, accountability, and a safe neighborhood for all residents.
All funds raised will be used solely to support legal proceedings and related expenses connected to ensuring a lawful transition and proper oversight.
If you believe communities deserve transparency…
If you believe families, seniors, veterans, and those who serve others deserve safe neighborhoods…
Please consider contributing.
Even a small donation helps us continue this fight.
Together, we can restore accountability, safety, and pride to The Greens at Wyoming.
Thank you for standing with our community.
