Aloha,
The Mauna Loa School 3rd and 4th graders are preparing for BIG learning adventure- a Hawai‘i State History Trip to O‘ahu!
We will be visiting key historical and cultural sites, including:
Iolani Palace: The only royal palace in the United States, where students will learn about Hawai‘i’s royal history and legacy.
Bishop Museum: Hawai‘i’s largest museum, offering insights into the natural and cultural history of the Hawaiian Islands.
Polynesian Cultural Center: An interactive experience where students can engage with the diverse cultures of Polynesia.
Hawai‘i State Capitol: An opportunity for students to see the heart of Hawaii’s government and learn about the state’s political history.
This trip will be a memorable and impactful experience for our young learners, broadening their understanding of Hawai‘i’s rich heritage.
We’re reaching out to ask for your support to make this educational trip possible for all our students. Your donations will go toward travel, accommodations, admission fees, and other necessary expenses. Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to our goal and helps ensure that each child has the opportunity to participate.
We continue to pray for God’s blessings over the planning of this trip and trust that it will honor Him and inspire our students. We are grateful for any support you can provide.
Mahalo for helping us make this dream a reality!
