My name is Bellah and I’m helping raise money for my sister’s cat, Simba. Early this morning, while my mom was up preparing Christmas dinner, she noticed that Simba was clearly in pain. My sister decided to take him to the emergency vet right away, just to be safe.

After waiting over three hours on Christmas morning, we learned that Simba has a very serious condition. The vets believe it is either a urinary blockage or severe kidney stones. They told us that if we hadn’t brought him in, it could have been fatal within the next 24 hours.

Simba will need to stay at the vet for at least three days while they run tests to determine exactly what treatment he needs. The cost for his initial drainage and emergency care alone is $6,500, and he may require additional procedures or surgeries afterward.

We would do anything to see Simba happy, playful, and healthy again. We’re asking for any support you may be able to give during this difficult time, whether you can donate or share his story, every little bit truly helps and means the world to us.
