During the opening minutes of an intramural basketball game, our fraternity brother Sam ran back on defense and jumped to block his opponent. When he landed, his momentum carried him forward, causing an awkward landing that resulted in him fracturing his tibia and fibula. Unfortunately, he does not have insurance and will struggle with not only his medical bills, but also the cost of his school. Sam is a first generation student who is striving to get a degree and care for his family of 12 siblings. Any amount helps as we try to aid our brother in his recovery and pray for his health.
